Web Site Maintenance
Need to replace your web site’s write up? Or to insert a photo on a page? Some programming tweaks you need to do, but your freelance designer left you on your own? No worries… we’re here to help!
Customers can reserve any amount of hours of maintenance each month (at a lower rate that normal hourly changes) that we will set aside specifically for work on your site and will get priority when changes need to be made (generally same day or less than 24 hour turnaround). In addition, the more hours you reserve, the lower the hourly cost will be as the packages work on a sliding scale price structure.
You can use maintenance hours for Web design, search engine optimization, graphic design, or any other services except hosting. The hours do not roll over from month to next month if unused, but we will make every effort to alert you if you have time remaining each month so that it doesn’t go to waste. It’s a proven fact that keeping your site updated with new content is the best way to keep the search engine spiders indexing your site, so let us help improve your Web site’s performance today.
Managed Web and Email Hosting
Our clients’ websites are managed and hosted in one of the largest data centers in the U.S. Server uptime is 99.99% and downtimes are planned and announced. You will need this service if you have your own domain name (ex. MyStore.com) and email (ex. Kelly@MyStore.com). We will take care of all the complexities so you have more time doing what you’re good at!
